70 year old man found dead at Sumter auto repair shop

SUMTER, S.C. — A guy was found shot and killed at his automotive shop in Sumter early Tuesday morning. 

In accordance to the Sumter Sheriff’s Section, 70-year-aged Willie McDuffie from Lee County was found lifeless in his car restore store.

On Tuesday early morning July 19, 2022, all over 8:30am, deputies from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office environment, along with EMS staff, responded to a enterprise along the 1500 block of Airport Highway in reaction to an unconscious male discovered within the constructing. 

Deputies and EMS determined the subject was deceased from gunshot wounds and contacted the Coroner’s Workplace.
