We have known for a long time that water can be used as fuel. Well that is simple. Even though the technology has been around since at least the 1970s nobody really needed to worry about it because gas was reasonably priced. Now with the internet and the high gas prices we have to fight back and one of the ways to do that is by building a hydrogen generator for your car.
